took a considerable risk in purchasing a 73-acre industrial property for redevelopment. Our vision is a mixed-use home for small businesses which maintains and balances history and
The cornerstone of the redevelopment is the historic train depot, which is being restored as a museum and cultural center. The Town renovated a 50,000 square-foot commercial building and seeks new tenants in the upper level. Future stages may include hiking trails and a pond, larger mixed-use buildings, or an amphitheater for performances.

The Town renovated this factory building as a great space for new businesses. Tenants are committed for the lower level. We have 25,000 square feet on the upper level available for new tenants. If this space appeals for your business, contact Town staff!
Rent in the range of $3 to $6 per square foot, depending on location. Tenant responsible for up-fit of space. The Town will pursue grants, or otherwise assist as best we can! Lease duration can vary to suit tenant.
