The cornerstone of the redevelopment is the historic train depot, which is being restored as a museum and cultural center. The Town renovated a 50,000 square-foot commercial building and seeks new tenants in the upper level. Future stages may include hiking trails and a pond, larger mixed-use buildings, or an amphitheater for performances.

The Town renovated this factory building as a great space for new businesses. Tenants are committed for the lower level. We have 25,000 square feet on the upper level available for new tenants. If this space appeals for your business, contact Town staff!
